Nice market for the local who with extra to spare get better quality for the dollar

On line at the bakery, had number 92 girl behind the counter called my number I raised my hand I ask what was inside a cake I saw her response was do you have a number I said yes she said what is it. I was taken back a customer said behind me what did she say. I looked at her in disbelief even if I did not have a number no reason to speak to a customer that way. I walked away . I went to checkout put my items on the belt cashier wrong up my items she said my total I then said do you accept to pay with my phone she looked at me said just put your phone on the screen again I was taken back I responded to her I did not see the icon on the charge machine she again said just put your phone and it will register. I paid she never said thank you or anything else. I will never patronize Doris Market again. Here in Boca I have choices to shop. Much to many stores opening up. You should really focus on training your help and giving customer service. Very upset the way we were treated.

Wonderful UPSCALE Grocery store with a great wine selection & even more amazing Meats. Be prepared to pay for the highest quality meats you can fine anywhere that are amazing!

Saturday 3/16/2024 2:30pm. Just returned from Doris market. The products sold are better than average and the prices are somewhat high. The main reason for this post is that I have never seen so many dogs in the store. There were 5 dogs with 4 owners. None of them were on the floor. All were seated inside the carts and the hair from them was clearly visible all over the inside of the carts. The question is, Does Doris’s market clean the carts after the dog leaves? People who use the carts after are subject to the hair. Isn’t there a law prohibiting animals except service animals? I asked the manager about this and his response was “ I allow it because I don’t want to lose a customer “. This was the last time that Doris market will see me.

Great Italian grocery store

Quality of food is exceptional. However, some employees at the Boca location look and act miserable and they do not possess the greatest customer service skills. Pay attention!

Not only was a dog sitting in the shopping cart reserved for babies a manager was talking with the owner. Disgusting for food shoppers.
