Donatos Pizza

There’s no where to park except for paid spots, I scheduled my delivery ahead of time so I could quickly go in and grab my pizza without having to pay. They were 15 minutes late and I ended up getting ticketed. There was also another person there waiting for their order before I got there who was still waiting when I left. The restaurant was completely empty and at least 4 workers in the back so not sure how or why this happened.

I worked at the Atlanta location before I moved back to Tennessee and have been looking forward to coming here. I was not disappointed. The food and staff are amazing will be going back everytime I can when I go to Nashville.

With the crazy weather and most restaurants closed, Sam Reckhart and his team did an excellent job. Due to staffing we had to order pizzas for our staff and guests. We ordered 90 pizzas and every single one was hot, fresh, delicious and ready ON TIME! Thanks Donatos, we are customers forever!

My Oder was incomplete and the pizza was SUPER COLD

Half my order never arrived. Tried to call to rectify the situation and despite multiple calls and over 10 minutes on hold, a manager never picked up the phone. Will not order from here again. Additionally, the items that were delivered were incorrect -- the "thick" pizza is nowhere near thick, it's literally a thin crust pizza. The asiago cheese bread has no flavor and was badly burnt. The calzone was okay. I can't review any of the desserts, sadly, as I never received them and never got a refund for the $15+ I paid. Order was delivered through DoorDash with absolutely no communication from the driver, who left it sitting on a doorstep down the street despite specific instructions asking her to call and meet for delivery.

DoorDash delivery was awful, and the pizza was destroyed BUT still tasted delicious!!
