Domino's Pizza

MORE than once. I was given the WRONG pizza. Totally different from what I ordered. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered for pickup. The food was literally being walked out to me as I was parking my truck. Amazing service! Be sure to tip your dominos employees - even for pickup. You get what you give.

I ordered delivery online and the delivery driver called me asking if I could come downstairs to meet him and get the food. He stated that he’s been to my apartment before and was unable to get in. I told him I am able to provide him with my call Box number and I will be able to buzz him up. He literally was going back-and-forth with me as to why I should come downstairs and pick up my order. Even after I told him I couldn’t leave the apartment as I was babysitting my one year old niece. He then finally reluctantly agreed to bring me my food. About maybe 15 minutes later I still didn’t hear my doorbell ring and I didn’t get a call from him. I decided to look outside the door and realized that he dumped my food in front of the door without letting me know it’s been sitting outside for all that while. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a horrible service when having my order delivered to me. This was definitely unacceptable.

So we went there yesterday and we got a PIZZA and a SIDE for like $15. When I got home I saw that they were having a SPECIAL ( 2 medium and some bread , Desert and a BOTTLE of SODA ) for like $20. Do you believe that those people IN THAT SHOP would have advised me of this? NO, OF COURSE NOT!!! JUST UNBELIEVABLE. But I DO NOT BLAME THEM, I BLAME MANAGEMENT If they don't care WHY SHOULD THEY? AS, longest the STORE makes his DAILY SALE the FRANCHISE OWNERS don't care. I just don't get it. CREATE FUTURE LEADERS!!!! BUT YOU ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU GIVE and it this case it is NOTHING!!!
