My order was delivered semi cold and not what I ordered and the driver had forgotten my 2 Liter Coke. The driver was friendly and apologetic. I still tipped the driver.
Our family enjoys Dominos pizza. Usual choices, very tasty. Using app to order is sometimes difficult - not terribly user friendly.
I made an order for pickup at the window and waited for some time while the employee ignored me calling her and knocking on the window. Finally I get my order and while my family was eating we found her hair cooked into the pizza. I called the store and received no apology she simply said she could remake the order or get credit when I asked for a refund.
I ordered the deep dish. Pizza was really fresh and good. Workers were very friendly! Will go back to this location!
Good choice for food on a date..
If an employee is at the front of the store it’s best to greet customers within a few minutes after they arrive, even if busy. This gives the impression that Dominos values its customers’ time and patronage in general. Also, exercise grace in the period it takes for card transactions to process. So obviously holding the pizza close like it’s a high price item regular customers will run away with is uncomfortable and a bit insulting. I’m a customer for now but I would like to see some improvements in customer service. Working customer service is not doing a favor to the customers. It’s standard fare. We are not paying to be insulted. Nice pizza however!
I'm not your normal person so let's start with that. I was unable to go into the store as a normal person. I called domino's to ask if I would put an order in on the mobile app if they would bring it out too me. Also the app didn't allow me to edit the pizza as I needed and asked them what to do. They advised me how to put it in and they would do it as I needed. They lady that helped me with my issues and was such a kind, caring, very professional and amazing person. We order from domino's about twice a month and every dollar saved, every discount, and every reward is valuable. We order from different places 4 times a month and in 2020-2021 orders were $40-$50, now in 2024 average orders are $75-$100 even at fast food burger places. At domino's we can get our now regular order for $55-70. Domino's has made it easier for their customers even in these hard times. It means the world to us that we see a company(corporation) actually care about us. The customer, the people they employ, the people who don't wear suits. I'm not used to big business caring about the little guy. They're actively and visually working too help us and it holds a lot of value to me. Because of this store, if I could afford it I would eat domino's every day. Kid-friendliness: Read my review for the majority of this topic. The woman who helped me did so with a smile on the phone and while bringing out my food. I showed her something I was working on and she was genuinely interested and hoped I would be successful in my endeavors. That made me feel warm and comfortable. It was clearly visible the lady that helped me is a very good person. Wheelchair accessibility: There is disability parking however there's only 1 and it's usually used by none handicap vehicles. Door is narrow but go slow and you may have to back in. All handicap issues are not something the store can do it's a corporate thing. But they will do anything they can so you won't have to go into the store. Just give them a call and explain your situation.
