Domino's Pizza

I went on a pass and between placing an order I found the manger special and it was perfect. The place needs a renovation. The service was faster than I expected. Thank you!

The lady in the cashier was just plain rude. The order did not match what I ordered. She showed unwillingness to help. Then I wanted to order an extra pizza so I could get what I wanted and the App was acting up. I told her I had a free Pizza and showed her on the App. Asked if she could help processing it. No interest in helping, just said thats not a store problem, thats the App. Okay…

The quality/value is pretty bad at this location, they're very skimpy with their toppings..

I ordered from the store by brand smart and I never got my pasta delivered. It’s been over an hour. Don’t nobody want that nasty sausage pasta anyways. That manager ANA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!ASAP!!! AND I WANT A REFUND RIGHT TF NOW!

I ordered the spinach and feta cheesy bread, an order of pasta, marinara sauce, garlic sauce and a sprite. The cheesy bread was literally raw in the inside , the pasta was just okay I just got it to go with my bread. I called the store and spoke to a lady who told me her name was Claudia, I told her the bread was raw in the inside and she’s arguing back and forth with me telling me it isn’t because she put it in the over for 10 minutes. She also told me I could bring the same bread back and she could put it back in the oven! I told her no and that I just wanted a refund for everything and she said she’s not giving me a refund even if I bring the food back. I brought all the food back and this lady only refunded me for part of my order even though all the food was brought back to the store and left there. I’m on the phone with corporate now and I’ll also be reporting this location to the BBB. It’s a shame that such sorry people work at food places. Please do not waste your money at this location. Horrible customer service and undercooked food !

The reviews of this place are not lies. If you do not speak Spanish don’t bother ordering food from here. Hopefully you don’t experience a problem like I did. I placed an online order for my favorite hand made pan. I got my pizza and it was regular pan. When the person answering the phone didn’t understand me because she didn’t speak English - she hung up in my face. I called back and I was told in broken English because I guess I sounded like I didn’t speak English :( “ inspeccion your pizza come back” I came back. The young lady I think they called her leva told me “your pizza not broken”. She never asked me why I was bringing the pizza back after I realize she didn’t understand and was being rude I asked Can someone else help me? 7 people, 7 people!!! I counted stared at me blankly. I asked does anyone speak English and was told no English. I asked for a refund, leva told me “ no it’s not broken ” I asked for a manager or supervisor I was told no not on Sunday come back tomorrow. A driver came in and got them to remake the order. His name is Kareem and he tried so hard to make things right, he spoke English and was nice. They made it correctly with the wrong toppings, not even toppings I would consider eating. I gave up and left. I left them with the broken pizza and took home the one with the wrong toppings. I know it’s Miami but English speaking individuals in a restaurant is still very necessary. This dominoes will not ever see my dollars again.
