Placed an order at 5:20pm. At 7pm the order was marked as delivered. I call the store at 7:13 and tell them it wasn't. They say it is out and being delivered soon. At 7:28 the driver calls me and says he dropped the order and it has to be remade. At 8:28 I call the store because I still don't have the order, meaning they didn't prioritize a damaged order than needed remade or it was sitting in the store too long. Both are unacceptable. I'm told the order is leaving the store and my account will be credited, though it hasn't been. Order finally arrives 25 minutes later (it's only a 10 minute drive from the store to my apartment) and the box is damaged and the food is cold. Edit on Nov 25th: I contacted Eric Hoots multiple times in March and April as Domino's instructed in their comment and I still have not received my full credit. Contacted again today.
Our local Domino’s Pizza on Southport Rd is always clean, friendly service and fast! We have Domino’s pizza once a week and love the App with great easy to use coupons for pick up! Thank you for always being consistent!
