Domino's Pizza

My pizza is always great at this location.

I called and ordered a pizza it never came I called them back and she said there closed and hung up this place is a joke

Don't even bother calling. No one ever picks up and you will always wait over an hour for your food.

Unfortunately with a couple of no deliveries and with this last one I'm not ordering from this location again. Tried to give it a chance after their first mishap but wasn't happy that my order wasn't delivered again. I did receive on the app tracker that my food was ready and also delivered. I attempted to call numerous times to get my order refunded but to no avail there was no answer. Warning if you order a delivery from this place expect it to be a no show.

Please know, I LOVE Domino's. This store tho, is the reason I doubt I will ever order again. 3 hr minimum delivery time no matter when you order. The store never answers the phone. If this location is that understaffed, hire more workers! This is insane. Edit: Other Dominos are still good. It's just this place.

Horrible customer service. Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, I called in for delivery (took forever to get through), the guy asks me what I wanted to order, great. I followed up by asking for a large cheese with wings, not once does he ask me for more details on my order. I should know what I'm going to order, but seeing how he wasn’t following up with my order felt like he wasn’t paying attention at all. It gave off the impression that if I asked for a large plate of Sushi and Lobster Rolls he would’ve proceeded and notice it afterwards. He then asks for my debit card number and just proceeds to be a hot mess. He lost track of the debit card information that I was giving him, kept asking me to repeat the info over 4 times where I just had to end up cancelling altogether. If theyre that lazy and inattentive, can you imagine how they handle their food and sanitation? Hard pass.
