Came in and ordered and sat and waited. Another family came in after us and placed an order just as big if not bigger than our order. They made their order first and when I brought it too their attention, they just said sorry and walked away. Now we are black and the family who came in after were Asian. Just felt off too me personally.

Ordered the Brown sugar coffee latte and I was not disappointed The drink was customizable to my liking I can't wait to come back with my wife and try an order of dumplings next time! Kid-friendliness: There are analog games available in the front lobby and the decor on the walls is super cute; if just a bit dusty.

Even though we got there close to closing, staff was friendly and made our order quickly, and correctly. Best bubble tea around!

I love coming here, it's the highlight of my day. I'm mute and the staff here are all so kind and respectful. Plus the boba tea is delicious.

I had to wait 25 minutes for my Beignet fries when the store wasn't even that busy. I asked for a refund after waiting for 20 minutes and they refused to process the refund. Customer service is questionable at this location.

I am a regular customer here but man has the quality of service gone down... Please communicate with your customers, I want your business to succeed as your boba is delicious. The new app randomly says the orders are ready based on time, causing confusion when there are no drinks ready. They were out of the drink I ordered and so refunded me, unbeknownst to me, so we waited after asking about the status, until we finally asked a 2nd time. They did make me a different drink when I expressed my frustration, but I really hope they can improve their communication so this is not a common occurrence. I'll happily change my review if I see things improve

I stopped in here because its close to my school The person working the counter was the sweetest And I'm grateful to get such nice boba, though next time ill choose the sweetest option cause the boba wasn't very sweet :D

nearly 40 minutes for one drink

I bring my kids here every single week because they love the drinks. We have been coming here for about a year and a half now. Never have I had to wait 35 minutes for 2 drinks. The time before this one, they ran out of boba and we had to wait 20 more minutes. This time, my daughter ordered through the kiosk and she waited for her drink for about 30 minutes. The people before her got their drinks and even the people after her, but she never got hers. Once she went up to the counter to ask for her drink then they made it. If she waited even longer, then the drink would have been made even longer. Don't get me wrong, the drinks are amazing, and the atmosphere is amazing, but waiting 35 minutes for 2 drinks is not worth it.
