Food is great! Just wish the employees weren’t so predatory on upselling the menu items, I’ve notice they will barely put anything in your bowl just to ask you if you want another scoop, which they don’t tell you will cost extra. I understand you have metrics to meet but it looks really desperate and makes me consider not coming to this location.

Staff was friendly and place was clean. No issues. Food was good.

The staff here are all extremely nice and patient! Food was great and it’s clean!!

DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH HERE You will get a weak portion of cold food. This place used to be awesome but something has clearly gone very wrong in recent years. Chipotle is now the far superior option. Please fly far far away birdies. And stay there

Excelente lugar

If you're going to have a promo that you know is going to draw long lines of customers and you don't limit the amount one can order from that promo, then you better make sure that you have enough people on hand to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Your $6 monster burrito promo was a success for you, but for those of us who ordered online and had outrageous wait times is unexcusable! I personally had to wait over an hour after placing my orders, only to be told that I'd have to wait an additional 15 minutes (ended up being 25 minutes) before I finally received my food. Though you gave the lot of us a free chips and queso card, I'd rather have not had to wait at all. Perhaps extra staffing on these promo days would solve this issue. That, and don't treat those of us that order online like we're second rate customers, choosing to wait on those that come inside to order. Logically, an order should be handled on a 1st come 1st served basis, regardless of if it's inside or not. Your burritos aren't that good. There are plenty of other places that make good food that won't have us waiting.

Overly priced food for mid quality. Not worth it

Colleagues are in town and we took them to Freebirds, they loved it. It’s definitely changed since the pandemic but the bowls are still good!
