Horrible, disgusting, I do NOT understand the great reviews, maybe if you do not have to go to the bathroom the whole time, but that is the only fathomable reason why. We were there for lunch, which was around 1:00 and the bathroom was so disgusting. I instantly decided I had to leave. I actually stopped a waitress and told her how filthy and disgusting the bathroom was, and she just kind of nodded me and asked me to death. I have seen cleaner McDonalds bathrooms than this place. Do yourself a huge favor and go down two restaurants to Blue Willow. You will not regret it. I do not care about the a rating or the rave, ratings and reviews here they must've paid for the a rating and they're probably paying customers to give them high ratings here on Google. Personally, I would never even if they gave me a free meal. Last, but not least any New Yorker knows if the bathroom is dirty, the kitchen is dirty and if we had to eat in there, we probably would've gotten food poisoning worse! I did not take photos of the bathroom. I just couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Came in around 4ish in the afternoon, and thought it would be a great experience as the first floor was packed when we came in. The food was OK but the atmosphere and services were TERRIBLE. My friend and I were sitting on the second floor, with not that much of tables yet. Maybe also was because not that much of tables, so the server lady was not serious about her service. When we needed help and waved our hands to get the server lady’s attention, we were ignored. She was paying attention to her phone and talking with her co-worker. The waiter seemed happy when she came over to us. I mean if you have an attitude or any emotion, you can stay home and be somewhere else, instead of making emotions toward YOUR CUSTOMER!!! So OK food but BAD SERVICE, not recommend If you want to enjoy and have a good time!

Some light music would have gone a long way in solidifying the mood, but the food was delicious and the service very friendly and fast. Definitely would come here again.
