Food tastes good, and you get a good portion for what you pay, especially in nyc.

Why did they close the 7th ave/ Herald Square location!!! The 1407 Bway location cannot handle the lunch time traffic. My order was scheduled to be picked up by 12:02pm, I arrived at 12:20pm and it wasn't where pickups are placed (no orders where there), and on top of that the line was so long and only ONE person attending to the pickup line. Few customers mentioned that they were there for over 30 minutes waiting for their food. I made my way to the front for to ask if my order was ready and the server said all the orders are coming out, waited a few more minutes, and then after I asked again she then checked the back counter and handed me my food and rudely said" your food was here the entire time", and I said but no where it was supposed to be so I could look for it, grab it and go. Love the food, but not worth the wait or attitude.

The food is delicious!!! I also want to really highlight how the team works together to solve problems, and support one another. This place gets BUSY at lunch time on weekdays. And of course with that comes high demand and because the food is so fresh sometimes they do run out... it gets replaced QUICK! Watching the kitchen in the open concept work to help support the people in the line up is so impressive. I also want to do an extra shout out to the cashier who helped me get the receipt for my boss - in the middle of being swamped. This whole team deserves recognition ⚡️
