If I could give it a zero, I would. Should have checked the reviews before ordering. Absolutely disgusting. Missing items of my order and very poor food quality.
Oh boy, that's some rough BBQ. The meats, all 3... we're dry and very salty. I ordered a jumbo sweet tea, which would have been great to wash it all down with but I got 2 cans of Dr. Pepper(?) delivered instead because f' it... it's pretty much the same thing right? No tea for me. And as a bonus I had to shovel what little food I could manage to eat into my face like some kind of sad, disappointed animal because they also forgot my fork/knife. Overall not feeling like I got my $43 dollars worth. Edit: Apparently poor reviews get a canned response copy/pasted as a reply. It's likely nobody at the restaurant is actually reading these reviews.
Ok so this place is kinda a scam. I ordered the Pit dip sandwich plate and wow what a small sandwich for 18$ !?! Barely any brisket on it, no caramelized onions and no Au jus?! It’s literally called the pit DIP sandwich. It’s a sandwich for a toddler. Skip this place if your looking for good bbq.
Ordered through doordash. Total rip off!! We will not be ordering from here ever again. We were missing items - two sides of fries, 1 order of okra and only got 1 rib for each dinner plate! And it was cold.
Be advised that this is a ghost kitchen, and isn't up to what you may expect from going to actual Dickie's Franchises.
I know, I'm late but this is a good barbque joint. I actually went to this food hub for delivery and ordered right on the spot in Oakland but I am planning to make a trip to the physical location. I want to take in the ambiance and experience the full menu.
Wish I could give it less stars. I did joy realize this was not a TRUE Dickeys BBQ. True Dickey's is great. This isn't!
Bread is stale for online orders. Biscuits and Texas toast (which are 1$ extra even if you don’t want them but have to choose them… and the Texas toast is just a slice of bread).. meat is low quality cuts/small portions for the price and cut up. Sides have jalapeño as filler to make up for smaller portions. Spend 30$ elsewhere. Imagine cafeteria food. Not quality BBQ.
Really horrible first, the brisket it was really really dry, second, aren't cups supposed to come with a lid?, and third, I ordered mac and cheese not beams it was on the receipt that I ordered mac and cheese but I got beans and they were really really bad beans so I don't think I'll ever be going back to another Dickey's
