I'm from out of town. Stopped here on the recommendation of customers who live here, and WOW. Best pie I've ever had. It was a classic margherita and I added sausage. This place cares about their food, for real. A+ to the people running the place.
The pizza and the dessert are the really good the chilly flakes on the table are so good , glad we decided to come here for our dinner
Good Napoli style pizza. But, Id hope that pizza parlors would realize when you put water or runny sauce on raw dough, it won't get cooked, it won't dry out and it always seems raw . Please saute all the vegetables before they go on the pizzas. I helped develop roman style pizza at baldinuchi then, they let me go. I did roman pizzas 38 years ago in Houston. Super hydrated doughs around 85 to 100 percent are temperamental, a standard Jewish Bagel dough works great for pizzas and flat breads.
This is the kind of place that is popular if you don't know where to get real brick oven pizza. Dough was mediocre, the meats came out undercooked, and if you're not some high-class person or look like a influencer they basically treat you like an inconvenience
Signed my wife and I up for a pizza making class.....it was amazing and would totally do it again. We highly recommend experiencing the class at DeSano's. The knowledge, history, and tour given by Lucky was fabulous. He has so much to tell, make sure you come with lots of questions. Overall the experience was great and well worth the time and money. The salads, pizzas, and dessert was excellent. If you are looking for a great time, visit DeSano's and ask for Lucky.
Hands down, this is the best pizza I've ever had. It's just amazing and I can't recommend it more.
