Denny's

My wife and I always used to love Dennys but it's been a number of years since we had the chance to visit with the pandemic and such but we may not ever come again after the experience we had tonight. Allow me to explain.. the whole experience was HORRIBLE. Our server was named Costina, and right off the bat she got our drink order wrong, and it went downhill from there. There was zero sense of urgency and attentiveness during the whole visit. We had to give our food order multiple times and it was still wrong. My wife ordered chicken tenders with Ranch and got very overcooked ones with BBQ sauce. She asked for Ranch again and when it came it was very wattery. Her burger was overcooked and she asked for no onions and extra mayo but got onions and no mayo. My sandwich was hard to eat as it was too crispy and I asked for double hashbrowns with cheese and got regular ones with no cheese. Once we choked down our overpriced dinner we waited 30 minutes to get our check and finally had to go track down the server and ask please if we could pay and leave, only then to get an extra 10 dollar hold placed on my credit card. I really feel I should get my $50 back but I am not confident anyone will read this and respond. I work in customer service and have for years and if I treated my patients the way we were treated tonight I would have been fired. I doubt we will ever visit again. Words are insufficient to express our disappointment.

Denny's menu has really been upgraded and I'll be looking forward to Denny's while I'm on the road. Snow bird gotta go home !

Really nice that we finally got a new Dennys on our side of town,going to be here on a regular basis Another day, another great breakfast. Just a good place to visit.

Despite the restaurant only being 2/3 full waited 20 mins to sit and 30 more for food. Would have been quicker to go to first watch. First Watch has Better food and costs the roughly same.

Would have given more stars because this location is very beautiful and brand new sadly though the service was the complete opposite we came in for breakfast Sunday. They sat us and we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to start our order, finally Tiffany came to take our order and we ordered drinks and our food at the same time. Then for some reason we never got our drinks, when the drinks finally got served the drinks had come 1 minute before the food came. I ordered the value slam and I was hoping that the food would make up for all of it. Sadly my eggs were cold and the French toast was stale. Better yet my wife who has a severe dairy allergy, had to send her food back multiple times because it contained a dairy ingredient, for example they put butter on her toast and their butter contains dairy and she specifically asked for no butter, then she had to send back her grits because they also put butter in her grits. It just seemed like they didn't take her dairy allergy seriously, I understand that Sundays are busy, but I don't think we'll be returning to this location..... Dietary restrictions: They do not take food allergies seriously...
