Dunkin'

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese for door dash Again I never received it. Of course when you call the number no one pick up . This happens twice . They need to hire people who can do the job. We should be able to get a refund or get an another sandwich delivered. Or some type of recourse

Ordered a chorizo and egg wrap. It was ice cold in the center. Brought it back and they made me another one. It was still ice cold in the center. I guess putting an item in an oven and warming it requires a doctorate degree now

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to every time I come here there’s an issue. I placed two mobile orders to be picked up at this location. I go to the speaker and let the employee know who I’m picking up for, the employee then proceeds to lie and say that she doesn’t see the order/ doesn’t have the order. I confirm with her the address and she’s stuck she can’t speak! I checked my maps and it’s the right location I let her know that this is the store and that I paid for my items online and she still continued to lie and go back and forth with me saying she didn’t get anything on her end and that I should go to the Dunkin’ Donuts up the street and that she can’t make anything. So she admitted that she did receive my orders and when my boyfriend and I left the store the orders were completed. I use to work at Dunkin Donuts the only way an order can be completed is by manually completing the order through the POS. I understand that both of the employees were tired but there should be no reason why you’re lying and not being honest with a customer. Y’all are not good liars and on top of that the girl was stuttering and everything out of being nervous. I will be coming back tomorrow to get my refund and I will be reporting both of the employees! edit: I spoke to the manager she was no help and tried to justify her employees actions

Don’t come here. I’m not sure if their machines are old, food not being stored properly, or if all the employees need to be retrained. Every time i get a bagel toasted with cream cheese, the bagel has a thin layer of cream cheese and is stale, barely edible. Happens with everything I order for this Dunkin sadly. I only went to this location because it’s the closest to my house but i’ll just go further down the road where they have better customer service where they actually do their jobs.———- i keep going back and it’s the same thing every time. Tried calling their store number but no one answers… so i called corporate instead!!!! these people are lazy and rude

Time is heard publicly to encourage better healthcare and bring respect through the inevitable person as a body that's 1st Ad. I am not Him yet but I appreciate the war vibe of what I've encounter on Dear Ole Lady Gatlin Blvd. Thank you for letting me experience a single moment of self sufficient and no that experience was not Loud or Expired hopefully Fort Pierce property could received the recovery 7/11 and Shells has in gasoline commentary.
