Nice people manager is super nice

Went this afternoon, the food was fantastic. The server was amazing, he has been there forever and always has a smile on his face treats everyone with respect and checks on people to ensure they have a good experience. I have been coming to this Dennys since I was a teenager and I am turning 50 this year, never in all these years have I seen or heard a manager speak to the employees in such a rude and disrespectful manner. The manager Lisa needs to attend a management training class or be fired for her words and actions today. I was extremely irritated with how she talked to the server and cook during my lunch especially cause they’re such good people. She needs to learn customer service skills and not demean people she works with especially in front of customers. To the owner of this establishment do better with who you hire and show appreciation for the few good employees you have by not letting them be treated this way.

My husband and I went for burgers on Sunday food was great and fast no complaints, one of the employees made it a very disappointing experience. We overheard a server, Jose speak to the manager Lisa in a very disrespectful way. He called her “young lady” with an obvious attitude. Since when can employees speak to management like that, especially in front of customers SMH. Lisa the manager did a 5 star job, Jose obviously has no respect for authority or woman in general hopefully he is not working next time we eat here.

The food was really good and the service was top notch.
