Love the ice cream & the staff is friendly & fast. My fave is the Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. But know that they don't keep to the posted hours so it's hit or miss if they'll be open. I understand that they probably don't get enough business on cold or rainy days to make it worth their while.

The prices are reasonable. The customer service is great. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming. Kid-friendliness: There is a splash pad nearby for children.

Enjoyed ice cream as a family. Order 5 cones/bowls and recieved them promptly and efficiently. Service was top-notch. Great way to enjoy plaza.

No one is EVER at this place every time it's supposed to be open, you call no answer or you take the drive and even though google and the website say open it's not. Would be a great litrle place.

I stopped by for a scoop of ice cream while watching the activity at the end of Palafox. The person serving me was polite and patient. He gave me a very generous scoop of the flavors I picked and a taste of a flavor I didn't have before. It made my evening. THANKS!

I had the cookies and cream waffle cone for 4.25 and it was great.
