This Delta lounge at MIA was amazing for such a big city, it’s very friendly and very tranquil. The bartender, Carlos, the Argentinian was amazing, he is a pleasure to talk too and an amazing bartender and even better gentleman. If you are lucky enough to get Carlos as your bartender, I can guarantee you an amazing drink and an even better conversation! Carlos, if you are reading this, I will see you soon my friend!
Hours online (Miami Airport itself) do not match actual hours. In travel, timing is critical. The least a travel related organization can do is maintain their business hours. And now business hours are terrible anyway. (all days closed by 7:30, despite Miami Airport, Google, etc listing 8:45)
You can’t access the lounge if you arrive more than 3 hours early for your flight apparently. Lounge was completely empty but wasn’t allowed access. Terrible customer policy.
Not wheelchair frendly the locks on the toilet Doors are not functional and there are no handels it is even difficult to openen the door
Heaven help you if you’re a tired international traveler looking for a place to rest for your flight 5 hours from now - the Delta agents at this club won’t help you even if you have status on Delta. The club is small and always at capacity so they adhere to the three hours before checkin rule like it’s the prime directive. At this time it was only at 83% capacity and there were plenty of seats.
Absolute ‘pants!’ Tiny, packed, chairs and customers on top of each other. Had to pay $3 for Redbull but alcohol is free. Very disappointing facility for an international airport!
Terrible lines. Not enough space.
