not bad. I would recommend. Good value for downtown NY.

I went here with a couple of friends, and was treated to a fairly decent meal. We came across this place quite by chance. While walking in Manhattan, we were looking for a place to eat that had a seat for each of us free. We spied Delmonico from across the street, and despite construction in the area, we made our way in. There were a couple of food stations and walls limited with drinks. There were plenty of side snacks scattered throughout. Our meals were very pleasant (we each had a sandwich). The prices were not absurd in so far as city pricing goes, and the selection was borderline overwhelming. I'll deffinatly go back here next time I'm in town. Parking: Located in midtown Manhattan, you can forget about parking. Kid-friendliness: Nothing about this place was especially kid friendly, but, there was enough food to satisfy all but the ficklest of tastes. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in with no problems, but the aisles are narrow. They may offer help if asked, but I have no direct knowledge on the matter. The seating area in the back was floor level, but the tables were a bit close together. The bathroom was not accessible.

Good food, sus energy from the staff. I come here on occasion to pick up lunch. They have a variety of food items like cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, wraps, taco bowls, quesadillas, salads, a hot bar (weight based) and more! Food is a bit pricey however it is usually a lot of food. I’ve tried a bit of everything and it’s all pretty good. Additionally you are able to take your food to go, or sit in the back where they have some tables and seating.. nothing special but still a good place to sit and enjoy your lunch. The staff however occasionally make me feel uncomfortable by winking at me, calling me different ‘pet names’ and making flirty comments.. telling me to ‘smile.’

Mais quel endroit !! Le meilleur rapport qualité prix de Midtown. Le stand sandwich est délicieux et les chefs sont au top ! Les soupes sont également super ! Il y a aussi une partie buffet et un stand de salade. Pour le midi je recommande les yeux fermés.

We have used Delmonico several times for catering corporate meetings of various sizes and have been very happy with customer service, quality/quantity of the food, and presentation. With time sensitive deliveries—we especially appreciate how flexible they’ve been with customization, and their punctuality. Would definitely recommend them to others. As an aside—they are able to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions including gluten free, vegetarian, and dairy free. They may be able to do more on an as-needed basis, but these were the handful we specifically inquired after and had positive experiences with. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is available, vegetarian is available, dairy free is available. There may be more accommodations they can do, but these are the handful we specifically asked for and had positive experiences with.

Christmas music, a friendly smile and greeting at the door, a helpful cook who offered suggestions on what to put in my omelette. Awesome experience and not at all what I expected when I walked into a midtown establishment right before a stressful meeting!
