I swear this deli d makes it better than the rest.

I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich to go. When I got back to the office I noticed that it did not have pesto on it. I called and the clerk told me to “check under the arugula.” I did that before I called, no pesto. Then she asked me to bring it back which was not feasible to do with my work schedule. I asked for a credit and the response was “we can give you the pesto next time you come in, will that work?” No it doesn’t. How is that a solution that was even offered? No apology and no real solution. I won’t be coming back.

Always add extra avocado to my sandwich but they never put extra avocado :( my only complaint about this location. Workers are nice and friendly
