Del Taco

I treat everyone with respect and how I want to be treated. I went through drive-thru with my oldest Daughter the passenger seat and youngest in the back. No other cars where in front of us nor, behind us. I made a simple 5x Chicken del carbon tacos order. The gentleman understood me and read back the order and I agreed. Yes that was it and asked me if I "would like any hot sauce" I replied the hottest sauce because I forgot the name of it. He said "ok" Get to the window and he repeated the order and said the total of $7 something I paid and he hands me my card then grabs the bag and hands me a bag of 4 mini churros.. I said after searching through the bag. Excuse me, this is not my order. He replied "what did you order man" I said the 5 He cut me off and said "The 5 del carbon tacos" I said yes! He said "Man wait for your order" I get the order and it is 3 del C tacos and no sauce. I say I am missing 2 tacos. He replied "Are you sure Man" At that point I was internally frustrated. He acknowledged it and had the Female employee make 2 more. He gave me the two back in the bag and takes some napkins and deliberately wipes them on the counter and puts them in the bag and says the sauce is in the bag. I count the 5 and drive away from drive thru. I go to look for the sauce and the sauce is not in the bag. At that point I was pissed for the apparent unprofessionalism and down right rudeness from a Manager. (He is wearing the Bkack shirt) I parked the car and go inside and asked for the Hottest hot sauce. He replied "Yea, sorry about that kid" I am a 41 year old Man that had my Kids in the car with the windows down and clearly All visible.

This location is the only Del Taco i can trust, service and food quality are outstanding. Thank you

It's become a ritual to come for green sauce burritos during work hours. Cost effective and tasty burritos. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good place. It is nice place to go with your family and get some good food drinks and relax. Good family place restaurants and fast food.

person on the speaker was very rude, so i ended up driving out of there without ordering. As I drove up to place my order, I was thinking about what to get, then the lady on the speaker said, "Are you going to order or what?" . So without saying a word, I drove right up out of there and grabbed Carl's Jr instead.

I went through the drive-through made my order and asked them please make my food fresh got my food parked in the parking lot started eating it was like they double fried my fish tacos cold inside and my fries were cold and still and sucked. Don’t here I went inside and just threw it away. It wasn’t even worth telling them.

Kinda gross

Carne asada fries and Crispy Chicken Taco with Habanero Sauce are really good. However, do not try Birria Ramen. It's really not good.
