First start off with the good. And by good I mean great. The Cuban sandwich was amazing. Seriously check out the picture. I also tried the veggie taco which was SO tasty. I was disappointed with the size at $4.50 per taco, otherwise I would’ve gotten more. If you’re gonna charge that much at least give me a bigger tortilla! The beer however I thought was just ok. There are so many great brewery options in the DFW area, and I just thought every beer was fine. Nothing stood out as being above average except maybe the honey mesquite ale which I thought was funky in a good way. I almost gave it 3* because the price point is the same as the best breweries. Which I’m sorry the beer just doesn’t stack up. But the sandwich was so amazing which bumped it up to 4 in my book. Will return to eat for sure
Hey! Cold beer, nice patio and the staff is really kind.. Recommended
The tour was really fun and engaging. The beers were fun and easy to digest verse some crazy craft breweries
They have a nice patio now and good selection, but you can find better beer in Dallas
Although we enjoy the Deep Ellum IPA, I recently posted a 1 star rating after quality control appeared to be slipping when we found one of the (unopened) 12 oz cans in a 6-pack weighed only 9.3 oz. UPDATE 1/21/2024: After being invited by the Deep Ellum Brewmaster & taking the brewery tour yesterday, the Chemist in charge of QC provided a detailed & technical explanation of the beer/ale making process and the likely reason for the "short-fill" can. I am now satisfied that Deep Ellum Brewing's quality control protocols are top notch, & I have revised my rating to 5 stars! Thank you to John in QC!
Fantastic beers & excellent vibes. Definitely will be back! Just fyi, don’t bring my friend Connor here if he’s hungry because the kitchen has closed.
Super friendly staff! And always have rotating beer options and frozen cocktail. It’s always a great time and good vibes here!
