The jazz was good/ok. Personally, I think this is a step down from Nocturne. Not as good/fancy food/drinks, not that much cheaper either food/drinks, and the ambiance is less good. I got the cake and they were out of ice cream. A simple cocktail and the green chili, which wasn't that much. Altogether, I wouldn't say it's a horrible option, I just prefer nocturne easily. Otherwise the jazz was good.
Great music venue, intimate and great sound system. Salads are pricey but decent food variety.
Dazzle is quite a spacious live music venue with a stage, friendly staff, and a fun atmosphere with eats. We enjoyed Daruma. Since the ticketing rules are that we purchase a minimum number of eats (about which I am not complaining) it's too bad that the "dining" experience is crammed--tables are so minuscule--making airplane table tops or rolling laptop tables look sizeably generous. I think the place would do well if tables were more along the size of diner theater tables & contained a small light source We'd order more a meal substantial meal!!
We saw Tatiana Eva-Marie at Dazzle last week and had a wonderful evening. Parking was easy, the venue is lovely, and the food/service was first rate. We will be returning to Dazzle in the future for more great music.
Great new vibe here at the new space and a delicious menu I’m thrilled Dazzle is now connected to the DCPA ✌
Excited Dazzle has moved into the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Wonderful staff and atmosphere, amazing murals by Detour, Jazz Holmes, and other artists, and great ticket prices. If you haven't been you should visit soon!
I really like the new venue, but at a recent show, a photographer (hired by the band) walked back and forth in front of the audience for the ENTIRE SHOW, taking photos of the band, blocking patron’s views. Dazzle staff just shrugged and said that was the band’s choice. Sorry Dazzle, but I was under the understanding that creating a environment wherein the audience’s experience is maximized was your primary goal. I stand corrected.
