Wait was extremely long for food but the staff were pleasant

Sadly, Dave & Buster’s in Philly has gone dine down tremendously. Many of the games weren’t working correctly, and seeking assistance was difficult. They did resolve the problems by crediting the game card, but it created delays in the time spent. One of the bartenders whose name I didn’t get was extremely rude when we asked for glasses of water as if we were asking for special service. We did not eat while we were there.

Sticky, dirty menus are not good especially since the pandemic. The place was empty and soulless and the food was overpriced for what it was. We needed somewhere close to our hotel or we would have gone elsewhere. Wheelchair accessibility: Confusing and dangerous as we had to enter through the parking garage and there is no sidewalk. I had to wait for the cars to go through and then the attendant raised the barriers. Not safe at all.

Food quality is so much better
