The only reason I'm giving a one star is because there's no rating for a -5 star. Their service sucks and I refuse to ever go there again. If I should ever get another gift card for DQ, I'll be driving to a farther DQ that will have better service. I sat there waiting for my blizzard that was sitting there and all she was doing was taking more orders when all it would take is but 2 seconds to hand it to me.
They're nice to you when they say something to you. Food takes a while for just one "understirred" blizzard. The bottom 1/3 of the blizzard is vanilla soft serve with nothing stirred in.
I am an ice cream lover so… I love when I and stop in and get my favorite blizzard
Dairy Queen may be short handed and it may cause some slow times during rush hour, but the employees hold them selfs together and they communicate about whose getting what and whose doing what that it helps the team to feel more at ease and not freak out so they can continue to take orders and make the ice cream and food and push it out to the customers. Dairy Queen is very old and needs some touch ups but the employees do clean and make sure it's not filthy. Dairy Queen may be expensive but all in all there is great food and ice cream. I would definitely recommend the Decatur Dairy Queen!! Go team!! Kid-friendliness: There's 5 different types of kid meals. And multiple choices of a side to go with the sandwich or chicken strips. Different choices of drinks as well as ice cream for their snack.
