Dahlia Daytona Beach

The food is honestly very hit or miss. You can go one day and everything is really good, then you go another day and have it be some of the worst food you’ve ever had. Our most recent visit we had Spanish rice turn out to be very clearly a bagged mushy yellow rice mix with carrots and peas?? That’s not Spanish rice. Recently it’s been much more of a miss than a hit, unfortunately. Service is usually not a topic that bothers us, it’s just food, it’s not the end of the world, but service is consistently bad. Most of the time the place is almost empty, even on a Friday or Saturday night, and the servers are just chilling up front on their phones completely ignoring their tables. If you choose this place, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Fun atmosphere great service and food

Possibly the best Mexican food I've ever had

Huge place, conveniently located by the hotel we were staying and across from Daytona International Speedway. It was better than expected, some reviews concerned me, and after eating there I do not agree. Service was excellent. I forgot to ask our server his name, my bad. He was attentive, made recommendations, and was patient. My husband and I shared: - The Al Pastor wraps were good. Fresh lettuce, I would have preferred the Al pastor to be chopped smaller and with more flavor, a little spice as well. - Puebla Enchiladas. Was a very good dish, with chicken, spinach, and poblano cheese, and was served with cilantro rice and black beans which we prefer. - They did not have the Dulce de leche dessert so I settled for the Tres Leches. That was a mistake, it was not good. My husband described it as “a hostess tres leches” (stale pound cake covered with sugary stuff) yikes! My drink, a Smoked Ancho Old Fashioned, was interesting and good. Very smokie and tasty. Unfortunately, they served it with maraschino cherries instead of Burgundy cherries. That lowers the quality of a drink Overall we were pleased with our experience

I neglected to take photos, but the food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, They weren't too busy on a Saturday night, and the service was rather slow. I got fajitas, but they didn't bring mytortillas. I had to wait about five minutes for the server to come to the table in order to ask for them. The ones she brought I don't even think had been warmed. That was the only bad thing. All in all it was a good visit.

Lucas was amazing!! The drinks were amazing and so was the service!!

I forgot to take a picture, but the visual representation of the food was amazing. I had the birria tacos and they were good. Not the traditional style of birria consome that I am used to but good none the less. That staff was very nice and prices were reasonable. The atmosphere seems like you are in a very fancy restaurant. I would go back...
