Friendly folks, clean atmosphere, great Midwestern food. Their onion rings are tasty and their own root beer is delicious. Food came out quickly. No issues whatsoever.

Ordered for carry-out, the order took 20 minutes longer than the time they told me to pick up. That’s the online order system, fine. I get home and as pictured, I ordered no mayo/no raw onion. I cannot stand mayo, so I spent $12 on a burger I won’t eat. The only way I can get a refund is in store so now because of their inability to read, I have to make another trip to this store in order to get a refund? Ridiculous.
