I have been getting cookies here nearly every weekend (currently on a 5 week streak). This location has consistently amazing cookies that look just like the advertisements. They have always had all flavors in stock and the store is maintained merticulously. The inside is basically just a kiosk and pickup counter but they have a nice display of current flavors and you can watch the employees bake and prepare your cookies. I personally love crumbl because of the variety they have and the quality of the cookies. They are huge so you really get what you pay for. The Crumbl app makes it easy to read descriptions of each cookie and order ahead for carry out. It also takes customer service seriously by asking for a survey of every visit. They also have a cookie journal so you can keep track of what flavors you like best and receive notifications when you favorites are re-released! The employees are always friendly and prepare orders promptly -even though they are usually very busy on Saturdays. Thank you so much to the team at Henrietta Crumbl for keeping us happy with our weekly cookie fix. You guys do an amazing job and it is very appreciated! Wheelchair accessibility: The storefront is a bit cramped so it may be hard to find room if you need to wait inside the store.
