It's honestly painful to write this review. I'm a huge Cracker Barrel fan but this is by far the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. I ordered my food Ask for some A1,RANCH, Lemon for my shrimp waited for 15 mins asked again waited 10 mins and The waitress came back and told me they didn't have any. Also they forgot my cole slaw and when I asked for it she told me that they couldn't sell me any because they needed it for the next day. On top a long wait Which is normal for Cracker Barrel but this was not worth it its sad
Some of the food not prepared correctly. Unfortunately we were in too much of a hurry to be able to wait for it to be prepared right.
We were waiting too long for the food to be brought to us and when they already brought it to us, all the food is cold, I say that it is not the cook's fault, it is the waitresses fault since the cook brings the food out but the waitresses take a while to bring it to table !!!
Cracker barrel going down hill Food and service has been horrible
Good good, fun place. Love their gift shop.
Placed a curbside order pulled up entered my number after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to bring out my order, had to go in and grab it. Don't offer curbside if you can't have employees run food out.
It was not a good experience at all. Honestly I wonder what happened to the Cracker Barrel we all once knew. The fried chicken was cold. When I eventually got biscuits, the server didn’t bother to bring them, they were burnt on top and also cold. The server disappeared into the back and never came back to the table until he brought the check. No drink refills and heaven forbid if I had wanted more bread. He couldn’t care less. I’m not going to say that I will never be back, I just hope things get better.
Complete train wreck. We were told it would be a 45 min wait for a table of 5. The dining room was less than half full. The host was completely rude to us, yelling at a couple in our group to move out of the way whenever we got anywhere near the restaurant entrance from the gift shop area. We should have left at that point. After waiting for near an hour and having a group of 5 get seated in front of us, that were on the waiting list after we were, we waited nearly a half hour for food after ordering. 2 hours from walking in to getting our meal. The meals were on par with what you’d expect from Cracker Barrel, except my wife’s salad was more or less gas station quality. Very frustrating as me and my wife had breakfast there just a few days earlier and it was great.
