Title: Disappointing Experience at Cold Stone Store I recently visited the Cold Stone store at Rivermark plaza and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering my ice cream, I was shocked to find that it was served without being properly mixed. Not only did this affect the taste, but it also showed a lack of quality in their service. Adding to the disappointment was the demeanor of the staff. They were incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit to Cold Stone. From the poorly mixed ice cream to the disrespectful attitude of the staff, it was a regrettable experience that I do not intend to repeat. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone seeking a pleasant ice cream experience.

Bought an ice cream cake- cheesecake called desire… nowhere tasty like it used to be. The yellow cake is not fresh and drier than the Arizona desert!! So much for advertising their moist cakes ! 36$ down the drain!!

The ice cream cakes don’t taste as good as they used to. And all the reviews about the customer service are spot on. The employees don’t wear gloves and are rude.

Employees behavior is very rude, someone need to teach them how to behave with customers.

Extremely impolite and ill mannered staff. I asked a question from the guy whose name is Andrew and he didn’t even bother himself to answer. Then I asked again and he answered reluctantly.(I can’t say he answered just nodded) Seems like they hate their job or interaction with customers. The funny thing is that there is a choice for tip when you pay. Seriously? Why would someone pay tip to an impolite and inconsiderate server who ignores you while looking at your eyes?

Unsanitary-he picked up cone w hands that were just doing cleaning, should’ve used gloves or least paper

Garbage employee did not treat my son right! He can thanks god I wasn’t there because I’ll trow him over the ice cream if it happens when I’m present I don’t care! If you are working on service better deliver a good service if not move on!
