Always awesome hookah. While it's small biz, I love this place. These guys pack a good hookah for a good price. It's a good place to chill and hang out. These staff are extremely friendly and quite attentive. Your coals will never run low. Were the less expensive places in town to get a hookah. They also have happy hour from 3 to 7, $15

Good atmosphere really chill small business. Service was great the guy who helped us was friendly and had good recommendations. And they have a happy hour. He always came to check if we were ok. Definitely coming back. If you want a small place to relax and get some work done or just hang out after eating around come here. Just only minus is finding parking bit that's usual for this area.

I smoke a LOT of hookah. Ive tried a lot of places all over San Diego…and Cleopatras is my favorite. Great place to work and smoke. Living room cafe isn’t bad either but cleos is much cheaper. Great spot to smoke and chill. All the workers are all super nice and accommodating. They bring fresh coals often. Would highly recommend coming here. The smoke hits very well

best hookah i had in over 10 years

the staff is friendly but the hookahs are really not good… sorry. I stayed 10 minutes for $22

The hookah here was good the staff is nice. The seating is not to comfortable and the interior could use some sprucing up. But if I could give half a staf up it would definitely be a 3.5
