TAG Awards Event was Spectacular the food outstanding. the signature drink outstanding. The bartender exceptional. In addition to the TAG event we have eaten at Cleaver several times. The Chef is Fabulous. We are fortunate to have met the Chef through my Hub's Dad. Unfortunately he was not with us for this TAG event as we just lost him. RIP. He loved this restaurant the food and the Chef. We will continue to bring our guests every time they come to town, as well as enjoy the place ourselves and have my favorite drink oaxcan...you won't be disappointed going to Cleaver.

10/10 recommend. Forget “off the strip”, this is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We decided to give cleaver a try as this is the sister spot to my favorite restaurant in the city (herbs and rye) and it did not disappoint. The blueberry bone marrow appetizer was fantastic as were the sides (tried one of everything). The ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve eaten anywhere, and the pricepoint left plenty of room for dessert. The ambience was the most surprising part of our evening. The restaurant is located in a small strip plaza off the main strip, but you’d never know it once you walk inside. Skip the strip and give cleaver a shot, you’ll be happy you did.

Great food and a super nice vibe.

Visited March 3rd and our server Brian was great in all aspects of service! Food and drinks both delicious, extra kudos to the bar tender who made my vodka sour drinks, one of the best I’ve tasted. Turned out to be a good alternative to the hard cider unfortunately, the restaurant doesn’t carry lol. Thanks for the great dining experience, until next time!

LOVE CLEAVER! Evelyn and Alex!!! Evelyn and Alex had outstanding service. Never went without food or a drink. Very attentive while providing patient service to each one of the members involved in our company. Without a doubt making this a staple for company events every quarter.

The entire evening was amazing. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere was fantastic. We got the porterhouse for two. Spicy mussels. Spinach and potatoes. This meal and dinning experience were a highlight of our trip. I’d highly recommend grabbing dinner here. You can save money by ordering meals off of the happy hour menu. Many regular steaks and meals are able to be purchased at a super discount at happy hour!

Always a great ambiance and amazing food! The well knowledgeable bartenders will make the drink you request or they can create a new experience that you will not regret!

Food was amazing. The service was good we enjoyed the atmoshere
