I love church's but they chicken has definitely changed,it doesn't taste the same but nice employees.
The whole place was unhygienic. Food was also bad.
Worst customer service I've had in a long time. I was made to wait for my order for 30 minutes,at 15 minutes I went in to ask, in my normal voice what was taking so long because we see customers who came after us go in and out. The cashier came out from the back with a discussing attitude saying it takes as long as it takes as they're putting my order in 15 minutes late ,was yell to wait outside for my order she got mad because I waited inside and took pictures of the time I was given my order. Cashier kept saying:just give her the food so she can get ___ out of here.Took the meal just to find out it was not complete and the mac and cheese was burned. I've asked family and friends if they had ever experience this before and was told mostly when that cashier works..WHAT A SHAME Parking: No handicap for customers, employees parked on handicap parking so I had to leave my handicap person waiting in the car. As we saw employee walked in without any problem. Thought that space was for paying customers Wheelchair accessibility: Couldn't use handicap parking so didn't get to use ramp
I visited here twice while I was in Austin and it was good both times! The chicken might be better than my hometown of St. Louis.
Wow do yourself a favor and don’t ever stop here ever.
Gave a review previously for this location several years ago that Google Maps has apparently lost. Delicious fried chicken and very friendly service and staff! Easily seen from the nearby highway service road or street.
It was very fresh!!! 2 piece, biscuit & a jalapeño for 3$
The guys that work in the evening after 5pm are so nice! I love the customer service here.
