Excellent staff and management. Food was great. Kids are ready to come back already!

This Chuck E. Cheese experience was fairly decent. The young lady checking in everyone with hand stamps was friendly and helpful. However, there were a few machines that were not working properly and we had to use our cards multiple times just for a single use. The kids enjoyed themselves. The facility could really use a really thorough cleaning and sanitizing being this is a kid-friendly environment. The little red kids helicopter had a very foul odor in it. The carpet needed a good vacuuming and possible shampooing. The prize center could use a good upgrade on prizes i.e. 300 to 400 tickets gets you candy and most things on the lower level which is not all that great. I find it hard to believe the little toy figurines and fake teeth are worth 100 tickets a piece...seems more of a rip off to me. Other entertainment centers have better prizes that this.

Pizza was decent but very pricey. Staff were friendly and the store was clean.

The only reason I give this a 3 is because the staff here looks like they have to he there. This is a childrens place! If you don't like it find another job. The babies should be made to feel like they are important. It's terrible the looks these people carry on their faces. Rolling eyes,look at you like what now...your job is to answer my question. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

I spoke with Brandon at the counter regarding planning my daughter’s party and he was SO helpful and patient answering my questions! Will probably book again!
