Unprofessional staff. Me and my friend ate here on Thursday and we were food poisoned. We were sick the whole weekend. I think the staff need proper training on cleaning and proper food handling. I had not been this sick since COVID. I would not recommend this restaurant Seriously

This place is employed by some who are literally just unemployable(but I’m sure want $15/hr). How hard is it to follow directions on a simple order? How hard is it to have it ready when it says it will be? How hard is it to KEEP YOUR DISGUSTING HAIR OUT OF THE FOOD? Ordered here a couple months ago and got a lackluster and inaccurate bowl. Decided to give them another try…what an absolute mistake. Do not give this location your business. Go next door to Cava where the food doesn’t look like overpriced Taco Bell.

This location is insufficiently staffed on the weekend. Long, slow moving line with prioritization of online orders.

I was so excited to try this place being that I’ve seen it online , however I didn’t realized I came in 15 before close . I felt negativity as soon as I walked through the door ! I told the worker I had never been here before (but was excited ) and said “let me figure out how this works” as I grazed the menu . After feeling the negative vibes as i assume because they were ready to close I made an impulse decision! This salad is one I could’ve made at home however I spent $20 considering I tipped her !! No cheese not enough dressing and didn’t even give me a bag for my meal as she walked off when I was paying ! I trashed this salad after a couple of bites and I’m very frustrated I threw money in the trash , definitely not the experience I see people brag about online , I will never be back and lick your door prior to closing if you’re going to offer terrible service

Excellent healthy choices and really nice staff!

Ordered the Sweet Apple Orchard Salad with added chicken and an egg. Received a mix of lettuce, bacon , and crushed tortilla chips. Obviously a mix-up with someone else's order. Received a refund from DoorDash who delivered the order, but just bummed it was messed up. Likely wont be ordering from here again. :/

This place use to be great. Thought it was great quality and loved coming here. Last time I was here a few days ago, the employee grabbed my toppings with her gloves and then PROCEEDED TO touch the register with the same gloves and then touch my lettuces with the same hand she touched the register with. So unsanitary and gross and will not be back here. I threw my salad away. Talk about health code violations.

Staff is friendly and the food quality is outstanding. Lots of salad and dressing options for customized meals.
