Good, if overpriced, food but consistent issues with online ordering. After a few times of ordering online and showing up to no ready food and hearing "oh we didn't get notified but we see it and can make it now" I think we can call this a persistent problem. I'm not sure what needs to be fixed on the business side, but my efforts to mitigate this delay have failed so far (calling ahead of walking over to confirm the order doesn't work when no one ever picks up the phone). I've asked this to be fixed a few times now, but 1 year later and it's time to report this issue via a google review. Please fix, thank you.
Could be great if they were more consistent with stocking and food prep. I work nearby and never know what to expect when I go in but lately the packaged food and drinks have been sparse.
Extremely disrespectful staff. The bathrooms are listed as public and labeled GIANT in the corner of the store, my friend and I came in and politely asked “excuse me sir do you know the bathroom code” to which the man smiled and nodded so we asked if we could have it and he looked us up and down and said it’s not public. You have gender inclusive bathrooms and denied a queer person a safe restroom. After driving for twenty minutes we finally found a bathroom.
Always out of critical things like water.

Do not pay for any of the food they make here! They do not notify you once it is done, they messed up our order and didn't make right, no way to ask for a refund. Glorified 7-11 food with a price heftier than most breakfast spots.
Unethical behavior and conduct by the leaders here. They report fraud on commercial deliveries .
Most disgusting disrespect place. The kitchen is an absolute nightmare. It’s filthy.
