Website says it opens at 10:45, it's 10:55, were in the car and the workers are barely cleaning/mopping, while other workers are eating. We tried opening the door at 10:57 and it was locked, while the workers that were eating just glanced at us and looked away. They saw me and another customer waiting outside, mind you, it's supposed to be open. They were being rude while they were eating, not acknowledging us when it was supposed to be open. Smh, when they finally unlocked the the door, we still had to wait for someone to attend to us while workers are walking right by us, not even saying good morning or acknowledging us. The place looked a mess, they didn't finish cleaning, the floors were horrible, there was cleaning products still out, the food did not fresh at all, we just walked out. Smh
Decided to order through the app. When picked up, staff was rude. Our food was cold, and wrong.
Es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos pero esta vez si hubo muy mal servicio, me dieron una ensalada de sal, se les vacío literal y cuando fui a decirles el manager me dijo que toda la comida tenía sal, entiendo pero está literal tiene sal a puños e insistía que la comida tenía sal hasta que le propuse, si tú te comes este plato yo me como otro igual, así que aunque no quería me dió otro y el que lleve se fue a la basura porque el no me lo recibió.
For what we are paying not satisfied... I understand about portions and food cost but being cheap/skimp on the portions yet prices are unbelievable...

I Always come to this chipotle here on Lakehurst and ask for 2 bowls for one of my bowls I always ask for the portion of meat on the side : the last times I been here they over charge me saying the have to charge the meat as an extra portion . Basically telling me how to eat my bowl and how to mix it . If a customer ask for specifics on their plate they have to respect that .
