So I’m not the only one Naomi Eagle. That lady you took a picture of did the same thing today. Actually she picked off what I didn’t ask for because she lacks customer service skills and threw it on the table behind her. Cameras should catch the silliness around 2:20 pm today. She’s always the worst person in the store. I feel sorry for the team doing there best at this location. This is my last time going until she is transferred to another location. Terrible customer service!!! She needs to be in another field/line of work.
Unfair hiring practices how you have a mother supervising her kids on the same shift. OSHA also need to be called to the store because I have gotten sick off of Queso because it's at the incorrect room temperature Janelly Plumber is the manager there and she is as rude as they come.

Terrible staff. Tossing my bag at me. Server was impatient. Terrible servings amount. Crazy when you pay for double and it looks like single meat. Only paying $20 for some rice and beans. Can I get some protein please. CHIPOTLE STOP THE STINGINESS
This location isn't very consistent. Today I ordered two bowls and the person serving me gave me two different portions. The cost is different depending who's there. The customer service is always like you're bothering them. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location
The food was good. The associated were unfriendly and blunt!!. Not meant to be in the service industry. Maybe delivering packages where there is no human interaction.
No steak, dirty counter top with food spilled all over. The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. The manager was helpful but she has terrible employees. She needs to fire and rehire different workers. This place is the pits.
