Awful experience. I placed an online order, and when I arrived there were 2 people ahead of me being served. I then go to the mobile order area, let the guy know I'm waiting for my order, with the expectation it'll be made next. The guy making the food gets the paper for my order, then proceeds to place it aside, so he can serve the 3 people that came in after me. What restaurant pushes aside the current customer, to serve the 3 people that came in after me? Is it racism, as I'm white, the people behind the counter were brown, and the customers who came in were brown? Is it sexism, as I'm a male, and the 3 customers were women? Is it just that they don't like me, or don't value my business? I even left a tip, the 3 customers after me didn't leave one, and this is the service I can expect? Hadn't gone to a Chipotle in years, and I don't think I'll be back ever.
It's ok, the prices are high compared to a real taqueria for the food quality and portions. Plus, a lot of the time they dont wrap your burrito right.
Horrible customer service. A lady with bleach blonde short hair had an attitude when I asked for the fresh chicken coming out. Then barely put any meat in my quesadilla and when I asked for a little more she wanted to charge me extra. Very distasteful and she shouldn’t be working with that attitude!
