Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went back to this place to get burritos that's how good they are . I drove from Hayward, albeit I was visiting a friend , I had to stop by and pick up two burritos for us.Definitely excellent service by the employees, always smiling at everyone no matter the ethnicity . The atmosphere is pretty chill and always a vibe. You can dine in if you want too. Parking: Because there are stores all around , there's plenty of parking . Just park and walk right up to the restaurant and back to your car . Kid-friendliness: So many food chain restaurants a part from Chipotle, like panda express right next to it .plenty of menus to choose from and yes very much kid friendly. No drunk people yelling around and the dress code so far has been smart casual or casual or just woke- up- out -of- bed -with -messy hair but -didn't -forget -my -pants kind of vibe during the weekends. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the side so it shouldn't be difficult to get to the restaurant.

I always do takeout, but the food is on time always and I always get a burrito bowl. It's amazing, they give a generous amount of chicken and cheese.

Great, staff are quick, don't put less food for the same price, food is good.

The Spanish manager with the curly hair is really rude every time that we go he treat us with no respect and as guest I expect him to be respectful. Going in with plenty of time before closing and he would close the patio early for no reason just because he wanted too I asked him what time it closes and he just looked at his watch and gave the time on his watch which was still with plenty of time before closing. Very sarcastic. Another time he closed the store 15 minutes early and I was on the patio eating and he wouldn’t let me in to get a refill even with the store still in opening times. You have terrible management running your store and it’s been one to many times with this manager being rude. You have lost me as a customer due to this gentlemen’s behavior. Please train these people to have respect and to honor the time the store should be open. Do better. And happy new year

Not sure why but chicken burrito not as tasty as other locations I used to visit.

Super chintzy on portion size. If you don't eat during business rush hours your food will most likely be lukewarm at best at this location.
