Really enjoyed my experience at chipotle Mexican grill, great food and service, Josh did great, he was very kind and helpful

The customer service was outstanding, a kind gentleman named Will served me at the front counter. I was not having the best day but he cheered me up!

Good location with friendly staff

Just went in today 4/2/2024 5pm and 30% of my rice was hard rock and can’t believe I ate it. I asked manager for some kind of refund since I didn’t enjoy my meal and she said “Should have brought the food and not trash it” . I requested a complimentary salad with no rice and she barely wanted to give it to me. My chest is all congested and don’t appreciate the service they give me. Sincerely Andres

When did they start charging for the sauce? When did adding double meat become almost half the price of an entree? Normal chicken scoop size was pathetic. Pricing has become a joke.

This location is HORRIBLE!!!! They messed up two items and left another out! Went back right away and instead of making things right I got a whole lot of attitude from one of the workers there. I mean I get that there are scammers out there but all i wanted was my dinner lol!!!!! Eventually someone steppped in and helped make thingd right but food was cold and rice was hard and undercooked. I like Chipotle overall. This location is just not a good one!

It's been a year since my last visit....and sadly, nothing has changed. Steak in the burrito is still mostly gristle and fat. Service is slow. Staff is uninviting. At least my order was right this time, even though the wait was long. Not worth the money. Steak is mostly gristle and fat. Time before that, chicken had bones in it. What's next...fingers in the sofritas? Who is teaching the staff to wrap burritos? They eat like Neapolitan ice cream!! First bites all rice, then beans, then meat, finally cheese/toppings. Jalapenos or Sombreros are better options for Mexican food in this area. Better cuts of meat, more flavor, properly wrapped burritos.

everyone here is super nice! food is yummy and fresh and portions are good. not sure why everyone else is complaining :(
