Really liked the new carne asada meat option. Always enjoy the food at Chipotle. But debating if I should rate it a 3 or a 4 because they did not have any napkins in the store for a while. Even when I asked the person at register for napkins she said just a moment and then did nothing. Something as essential as napkins should not be missing from the store and especially when someone asks should get it fixed right away. [Update 2024] Went here 2 weeks back snd every table was dirty with food all over and had to clean our own table. Lots of staff was there but no one bothered cleaning any table while we were there for 30 min or so. There was mess on tables and on floors and felt really unhygienicsitting there. And this is not the first time every single time I have been here last year or so not a single table is clean. Makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen may be ? What's going on Chipotle this is not the standard we used to love Chipotle for ?

Slow service. Employees rarely greet customers. Sometime doors open 10 to 15 minutes later than scheduled.

So many ingredients like guacamole, corn etc are missing on so many days. The place is so dirty

They are always out of gauc, chicken, corn, beans or steak. Tables are filthy and they don't bother to clean.

Haven't been to Chipotle in at least a year and wow did they ever cut the size of their bowls down, by at least 1/3!! Same price 1/3 less and they skimp on ingredients unless you stand there hovering and telling them to please add more it was so ridiculous how empty the bowls were we had to go back in and ask them to fix it. Ridiculous. For these reasons I probably won't return. Rip off for what you get anymore, for the price.

$17 for an entree with little protein and little flavor is a highway robbery
