Chipotle Mexican Grill

Homeless people come in and steal mobile orders constantly. Can’t completely blame that on the staff, but clear negligence on their part.

Terrible customer service , they give you whatever they want , and when you said something, they got rude . :/

Good location. recommended...

my bowl was mega good, right amount of everything. but those chips man, the chips are what bring the whole bowl together with there salty crunch component. but there was no crunch in my chips, none to be found with every bite i took. these chips were soggy and stale to the point where my tooth coulda fallen off. i was displeased with how bad the chips were i basically ate my bowl naked. felt like i went back into time with those chips, the chips and i went and fought WWI together. the chips and i shared our thoughts and emotions to one another. those chips needed to be put down out of their misery.

In a time where food is expensive and rent is getting more expensive and cost of living it was sad to see how I was treated at this chipotle. I had a delivery order that went really bad. Food was all over the place dressing spilled and bag ripped. I went all the way down to get a refund and was rejected both by Uber eats and Chipotle. Both big corporate businesses. I never had a problem with getting a refund or food remade for me before. This was just an awful experience!! Sad sad sad excuses. They can afford to fix this and chose not to.

The kids that work here look miserable… prison inmates on death row have more enthusiasm for life than this crowd.

This location is very dirty. There was clutter on every empty table. The floors were in bad shape. Not to mention the drink station. The customer service is collectively poor - BOH, cashiers and the line. They def need training on customer service skills because they had plenty of staff on the clock therefore their horrible service cannot be blamed on exhaustion from being understaffed.

This was my first time coming inside this chipotle and the customer service was bad/unprofessional. When we first walked in they was just all staring at us and the two girls at the beginning was just talking and looked at us and continued talking so we waited a few seconds till they finished talking to help us out. We picked the ingredients we wanted in our bowls and the girl that was bagging ask us something but we didn’t really hear her and she was just standing there and I said that’s all and she angrily slid our bag to us. Also, we couldn’t hear a thing the cashier was saying. Lastly, their drink station/utensil station was just a big mess. Overall, my first time experience was bad.
