The crew here has fun serving the customers. But the food is good and tasty.
These people, including the manager, were EXTREMELY RUDE! From the moment I walked into the store, they talked so rudely to me. Even after I waited for several minutes for extra fajitas (that they don’t charge you extra for) the manager literally only gave me a couple bell pepper slices even though I asked for an extra scoop. I have never had such a bad experience and such awful customer service! My daughter used to work for chipotle for 5 years so I know the rules and I know a good customer service is a key for any business. I will never go back to this location if it is the last chipotle on the planet!
Order food - charge for guac but did not get any. #.45 down the drain - second time this happened...no more
The problem is I HAVE to order in-person, or the mobile order will be a meal big enough for MAYBE 83 ants ... I'm at least 460 ants It's a shame the executives are so money hungry, I no longer support any Chipotle. Why should I?? They can't even pay or treat their employees right.
Asian short female worker was rude. Cut me off while explaining my order. I live 1 mile north from the Midtown location, they gave me the unedible guacamole, so I started going out of my way to get chipotle on Broadway. Everything was going well until this event. I will make sure to go to another Chipotle now and make sure it's not the same owner as both the Midtown and the Broadway location. Food from Midtown is below par and service in Broadway at noon is below par. I'll spend my money elsewhere since I do not cook.
Food was fresh, the employees were nice and our food was done correctly. Only issue I have is how expensive it’s getting but that’s everywhere. So I still give it 5/5
