Everything has gotten so expensive lately $38 for two bowls with chips without drinks. It was good but definitely expensive just for two bowls. I prefer this location over the one on Auburn Carmichael location alott of people if you like quite I prefer this location on el Camino plus we used to live literally across the street from this place still open after 10 years ❤️
The worst customer service I ever got I ask the for a spon and they just stood there like nothing happened unbelievable last time I will go there
The quality of the food is worse than before
Chicken is never cooked right. It lookes shredded and tastes dry. Rice be overcooked. Ive been to plenty locations and the effort being put into this one is sad.
Had a pick up order. Picked up the food and noticed they put no cheese in my kid’s quesadilla. Just two flour tortillas. They gave me about a half a teaspoon of chicken in my burrito and the guacamole I ordered was brown. Terrible experience and it’s unfortunate. I’ll just go to the chipotle on Arden way going forward.
Staff are super nice, specially the gay guy and the european (probably romanian) lady.
The food was old and crusty I took my whole family there total amount $90 and the girl who took our order had an attitude toward just me but was nice to my husband u can tell she hates her job and was just discussing about everything it was empty when we were there and now I know why food was old and dry and crusted on top and employees were rude the district manager should fire that girl and maybe they would get some business Kid-friendliness: There was no kindness shown at all n I brought my 5 kids there all were in grade school and my kids acted better then the girl who worked there she was rude to the 2 customers after us as well
I had a Barbacoa bowl and it had hardly any meat. So I had to pay for double meat.. The food is delicious, but it has really gotten pricey.
Good place fast food and OK environment . Only bad thing is that I list my keys in the parking lot.
