Never prepared, who is running this location.
I ordered online and they did not put rice in my bowl! It looks very empty. I also had sauce come with it but they did not close it properly so it leaked to the bottom of the bag and I didn’t realize until I had gotten home, my car seat was covered in the sauce!
I got food poisoning from my order yesterday.
Horrendous employees and food quality. I've lived in this area WAY before the Plaza was even there.. No matter how many times my husband and I go, 9/10 the food is NOT ready (after online ordering an HOUR previously). I understand that the employees are most likely burnt out and tired. What's NOT acceptable is when we NICELY say hello and wait patiently, for them to just be RUDE for absolutely no reason. I've worked retail for MANY years and this is just absolutely terrible. They have had MUTLTIPLE instances where they have been shut down for health/food violations. Not only are they rude, the food is TRASH compared to ANY other Chipotle I've been to in my LIFE. Just PASS and eat in ANY other food chain in the Plaza. Unless you enjoy being treated like trash and eating trash food :) SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.
One of the locations I continued to ask myself why I waste my time trying. Majority of the staff mope around like it's forced labor, with the extremely rare occasion there is anyone there that acts Nuetral let alone happy or energetic to serve. Unsure if it's a mental stimulation or actually subpar cooking but the quality and flavor (let alone going in depths to the lazy assembly) do not share the same taste as many other locations in the area.
