Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place. Don’t waste your time coming here. I go in to get two bowls of the same. No one to attend you, the guy in the kitchen had to yell to the back to get someone to come out and then the guy comes out yelling and whining about how he can’t get a break and a chance to clean up to go home ( this was 35 minutes before closing). The guy was very rude and just kept complaining about as he was looking where to find the ingredients. I ended up leaving because i just felt so disrespected and so unwelcome. We ALL get tired at work, we ALL want to go home, but keep it to yourself. We don’t need to hear all that, especially in front of a customer. Horrible customer service.

I went with a friend and the line moved very quickly. You can choose with meat or chicken or without for vegetarians. This was my first time eating a burrito at this chain and it turned out to be an interesting combination of ingredients. The taste was unusually good, but in the evening my stomach hurt until the morning. My body is not used to interfering with so many things I gave good grades, but I won’t be able to come anymore

Terrible. I went there at 9:00pm last Saturday 3/16/24 and at that time they did not have any more steak or tomatoes. If you close at 11pm there is no excuse to run out of items two hours before closing. Some employees nowadays are so lazy and not to mention the guy that was serving the bowls he had a terrible attitude no way to treat customers he was just rolling his eyes snd throwing the bowls on the counter. Sometimes you want to help certain type of people out with jobs but at the end they just mess up your business they could care less. It’s just shameful.

We made a mess of our order( our fault) your staff were great and very understanding
