Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chipotle was average. Same taste, same procedure, etc. just the cashier seemed new and didn’t seem to understand we wanted extra tortillas. No one working there was actually kind, just normal doing their job, which I noticed is how most places in NYC are. We got take out, but the place itself was full of trash. Taste was great as always!

If you pay cash do not wait for your change. They ask you for make it easy for the change. Then you wait your changes, and they say they are not able to give it to you. They are not clear about it.

Very bad costumer service. The cashier was talking to me in Spanish and I don't know Spanish, I asked if she was speaking in Spanish with me and she couldn't understand what I was asking. Bad service. My first time in the US and I'm sure I wouldn't go back there.

Nasty servers!!! Chipotle used to pride themselves on great customer service but now these workers are just nasty and miserable. I hate to use the race card but since I don't look like most of the people who work their I can only summize this is why I am always treated rudely. I like the food and price but I will spend a little more at a place where I am appreciated for my patronage.

Worst customer service and worst ambience. Servers dont care for the food, nor they bother to change gloves for allergic customers. Poor hygiene overall. Do not go.

If you want to eat a burrito that falls apart right next to the homeless who live in the restaurant , eat here!

Very bad costumer service. The girl make mistake on a sour cream and kept a lot of hot sauce on my bowl when I said I’m allergic the guy made new bowl and didn’t even put rice on it.i’m very introvert and I didn’t wanted to argue but I’m paying for it so please please be respectful . My experience was worst which makes me never wanna go to this place again.
