Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible service, rude disinterested staff, filthy location with food all over the tables in the eating area, behind the counter where the orders are taken, toilet paper on the ground. Even though there was no one in front of me when I enetered, it took about 5minutes before anyone acknowledged me and when I was finally able to place my order, it took another 5 minutes for someone to show up behind the register so that I could pay. I guess singing and dancing to the loud music coming from the kitchen was more important than helping customers. Luckily, I took my food to go, but I do not think that I will be returning. The company vision needs a good re-do.

The staff who work here are truly so rude and miserable, I don’t understand how this place remains open. And they’re always out of something fundamental. Today, for example, they were out of white rice, and when asked about it, the employee just huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me. Chipotle needs to do something because they will go bankrupt if their service remains this terrible.

I visited Chipotle with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of them. The customer service was abysmal from the moment I stepped foot in the door. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, barely acknowledging my presence, let alone offering any assistance. To add insult to injury, the quantity of food served was laughable. I felt like I was being rationed with each ingredient, as if they were trying to stretch their supplies as thin as possible. The portions were so measly that I left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and hungry, despite paying a premium price for what was essentially a glorified snack. I understand that fast-food establishments can sometimes struggle with consistency, but this level of incompetence is inexcusable. It's clear that Chipotle needs to reevaluate its priorities and invest more in training its staff and ensuring customers receive the value they deserve. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely bad customer service, and Barely gives any food. Will highly recommend to avoid this location.

i mean it’s a chipotle… probably not as good as some others but they’re all fairly consistent

My recent trip to Chipotle left much to be desired. The service was subpar, with indifferent staff and a lack of attention to customers. Furthermore, the portion sizes were disappointingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. I'd recommend giving this location a miss until they improve their standards.
