Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food order was wrong maybe the worker was hard of hearing.Lady who took my order around 3-5 was rude and rushing me when their was nobody at the store.theirs a reason it’s always empty the cashier was the rudest cashier I have ever met and worse she got my order wrong. I told her twice that she got it wrong she ignored me rung me up told me to pay.Horrible service and I think she even got my meat wrong I don’t know what meat she gave me.

When you ask for food they might as well add your food with a teaspoon because the amount of food you get here is unreal. It’s like they get paid per scoop terrible. By far worst chipotle around

The staff is unfriendly.

It was horrible, none of it was good. The staff was mean, paper straws, having to put a code to in to get to the restroom that was on the receipt so while waiting in there long line, and I didn’t get my three sides to my meal which I usually get.

Suelo consumir su comida pero este establecimiento ha sido de los peores. La mala atención de los chicos quienes trabajan ahí, las porciones muy pequeñas y el lugar muy sucio. Tienen una muy buena ubicación y que desagradable que la imagen de Manhattan sea solo suciedad también en los lugares de comida.

brought my boyfriend here to use the bathroom because he was starting to get sick at urban across the street which low and behold doesn’t have a bathroom. went to chipotle after being told by security at urban that there was a bathroom there. they have two family bathrooms, one of which was blocked by several trash cans, both with locks that required a pin to open. i understand that a pin is needed which was completely okay and understandable but the fact that there was no toilet paper or paper towels is unbelievable. i got a text from my boyfriend who was getting very ill in the bathroom, asking if i would ask one of the workers for toilet paper. just to my surprise, they don’t have toilet paper, they just simply don’t have it. when i asked why, a man at the counter tried to explain but whatever he had said made no sense. he said something along the lines of “having to close the bathroom if they did have toilet paper”. i then had to grab a stack of napkins for my boyfriend which don’t get me wrong is absolutely better then nothing, but i’ve never heard of such a thing as not having any toilet paper at all, and am very disappointed with this. i had to take my sick boyfriend back across the street to find a bathroom he could use while waiting for our ride since we had checked out of our hotel several blocks away and couldn’t go back. this isn’t any of the employees faults whatsoever, just disappointed with the establishment for not having any proper toiletries.
